Still listening, but I just had to comment ahead of time. It seems so strange to me to make all the major Shoanti figures sun tribe. The Skull tribe is so cool with their creepiness and so tied into the history of Korvosa. They are probably primarily the population of Shoanti living in Korvosa as they try to fulfill the sacred duty of looking after Castle Korvosa (Which is why it makes sense for Thousand Bones and his son to be so nearby the city, they live there or nearby). Prepare for disappointment, I fear :p as I’m not planning on using the Skull Clan as much more than a background element at this stage. For reasons that’ll become more obvious when we get way around to Ashes to Ashes, the Shoanti will do some different things from the story as written (I don’t love their fetch quest overly, and want to remove and alter some parts of it to make room for a version of the Harrowing module in there), which means the Skull Clan won’t play a strong role (at this stage – that’s still planning to be… Read more »
