    I got hold of this game as a pack of 3 in the series – FallOut 1,2 and Tactics. I played the 3rd game Tactics when I first got the game – it was pretty cool. I today decided to load up FallOut 2… played for 1hr or so and got stuck at some door – I guessed I had to use some explosives to open the door but I was not sure how to use them.

    After much clicking and trying things I got rather annoyed to find my character placing the explosives on the floor with a timer of a few seconds… bam… I died… I had no save either. 😯

    🙁

    So if you ever play this game… dont mess with the explosives!

    Ah… Fallout, one of the big fun classics (though my experience is mostly with Fallout 2).

    Explosives are your friend. Just make sure they’re not a close friend… =)

    If you can get it, try the inspiration for Fallout, Wasteland! It’s a wonderful, but terribly old, classic! 😮

    And while your at playing wasteland you can also give desolation.org a try. Its a good ol’ text rpg if your into that kinda stuff.
