    Runequest or basic D&D? They’d all be fighters of some stripe in most class based types. It’s a race as class issue. The Rules Cyclopedia did have weapon mastery for whips I think.

    To make things explicit Hawk the Slayer has a dwarf whipper… Involves dwarf whipping? I don’t think that’s going to scan well in any form.
