iTunes 4.9 is now out with podcasting support and RPGMP3 podcasts are listed in the Apple directory under the ‘Audio Blog’ category. 8)

Woo Hoo!

You may want to check the XML feed, the iTunes listing shows some of the entries out of sequence, e.g. part 2 above part 1, or session #17 split above & below session #18. Quick & easy to fix though.
Neat – in iTunes you can add a photo to the MP3 that will appear in the iTunes player (and on the iPod photo) – e.g. graphic logo.
RPGMP3 Audio Magazine is also listed. 🙂
I will check the XML file! I thought it was all in the right order 😀
Will go and have a nosey!

Audio blog? Hmm… no “Audio Roleplay Session” Category? 🙂
So, is it actually any good?
Should I be bothered to download it or is my iPodder/iTunes 4.7 adequate?

It is pretty good!
It better had be! I have been updating the podcast feeds to make them compatible all morning 🙁

Holy cow. Podcasts are my new best friend.
Should I be bothered to download it or is my iPodder/iTunes 4.7 adequate?

Its very nice actually. It fixed a few interface problems I’d had with my ipod, using it on multiple computers and all, and using it as a spare hard disk. The visualizer has some cool new patterns too.
Hhehe, late, but still good. Itunes 5 is out now. Cooler interface and slightly more custimizations. Not much new in the way of visualizerness, but all the good stuff they added in 3.7 and 4.9 is still there as well as all the smaller good bits.
Itunes is fine but I can’t abide with the purposeful limiting of options tactic Apple has taken with the iPod. Even so – I would still consider buying a Nano – if not for the fact that the armband is pretty flimsy, and it’s an absolute MUST for me (I am an amateur gymnast and a weight trainer and I need a pretty tough band for my training sessions) and of course, the lack of bookmarks.
And no, I don’t do any flips while listening to MP3s. 😛
meh. Easy to hack through the limit. Cmon, antipiracy is everywhere. Stupid nomad.
