Well I did say that it was ALMOST perfect. I think the hairpice idea is a good one though after all dwarves beards have an almost mystical significance(or should)

I will be ordering my usual 20 boxes of this set from Travelling Man

Well I like the Grunt types so 20 boxes is designed to get me most of the rares. so far its worked plus I have a source(non e bay) for the ones I miss.

PS any one want a Night walker I have at least 3 spare ones 🙄

How did Balazaar lose his beard? A fireball spell’s distance misjudged? What session did this happen?

I can’t quite remember the session number, but Balazaar lost all of his hair after a smooching encounter with a Vargouille. I’m pretty sure he also has a knobby chin.
