File Name: Sundered Skies Grown-Up Edition Session 10

    File Submitter: ross

    File Submitted: 12 Feb 2014

    File Category: Savage Worlds

    Genre: Fantasy

    Profanity Level: Jolly Sweary Indeed

As a General Rule, Family Trees Are Not Supposed To Narrow

Freshly shaved and wobbly-kneed after a week’s grueling Shaggying at the children’s museum, Ross lets his players continue their in-game holiday on a small, uncharted sky island. The list of sight-seeing highlights includes the captain of the Golgafrincham B Ark the local king and his royal bathtub, and… Well, that’s about it, really. Should you wish to skip the pre-game banter and general procrastination, dear listeners, then merrily skip ahead to 7 minutes umm, 9 minutes err… 25 minutes?

You know what? Just skip this episode entirely, it’s pretty much wall-to-wall banter. Apart from the bit where they go down to the village pub and buy a round, that’s always a fantastic way to make new friends. And then they point out logical fallacies in people’s religious beliefs. That’s a slightly less fantastic way of making friends. 🙁

Special feature: Max shows off his new double Ds! 🙂

(Note: This game was recorded on Bonfire Night. Listeners may experience explosions and seemingly-agonized screaming.)

Intro & Outro Music: Call to Adventure © Kevin MacLeod.

Tina: “What’s on king Capstan’s flag?”
Fin: “A capstan and a pack of fags.” 🙂
Ross: “Uhh, there’s a big smiley portrait of the king, on a shield, and whatever else you like. It’s all… heraldric bollocks, bad puns, really.”
Fin: “Is that because all you know about heraldry, you learned from Terry Pratchett?” 😛
Ross: “Pretty much! I have heard some other stuff, that confirmed the bad puns theory.”
    Tina: “Aren’t you procrastinating, now?”
    Ross: “…I am!” :O
Steve: “With a succesful challenge from Tina, she may now take over the game for the next minute.” 😉

    You’re absolutely right, @[member=ross], bad puns are a long-standing heraldic tradition. 🙂
