Y’know, this campaign would be a good opportunity to try and get the listeners more engaged. Since the whole setting is being created along the way, and it’s all very loosey-goosey, you could offer listeners/Patrons the chance to suggest NPCs, quests, etc. For example, the Vigilante Guild might have a mission for the PCs to clean giant rats out of a baseme-
…Hang on, the party’s first job was to clean a Ratfolk’s basement of humanoid intruders. Did you deliberately invert that trope, or was it an accident?
A lot of PCs end up with the dilemma of what to do with captured enemies. Usually, the options being discussed boil down to:
A) Keep them tied up for a bit.
B) Free them.
C) Hand ’em over to authorities in town.
D) Slit their throats.
Particularly murderous murder-hobos might go straight for option D. Gotta admit, don’t think I’ve heard a party where the general consensus was to go for: E) Dress ’em up as (male) prostitutes and slut-shame them in public. 😉 (Probably not the time to cast Detect Traps.)
I figure this campaign is a good chance to think outside of the box
